Open to all members! Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, shred, cut, bulk, ... let's sweat it out together! Our equipment are at your disposal and any help or knowledge of equipment you need before using, ask our floor trainers. They will help you.

Kid's Gym (Group)

Specially curated by our in-house Paediatric Occupational Therapist, we have a kid's gym with state-of-the-art equipment for safe and targeted fitness. Improve your kid's health, enhance cognitive and motor skills, social skills, and develop lifelong healthy habits. All activities to be done under strict supervision! 

Focus Fit

Do you have a personal goal? Our personal trainers will focus on it and create personalised plans to help you get your desired body shape! We have certified trainers with years of experience. Whether you are a newbie or a seasoned gym goer, you can learn valuable forms and techniques from our experts.

Neuroadaptive Fitness

As an inclusive gym, we have curated fitness regime for neurodiverse children. Our equipment are also inclusive and we have Fitness Experts, Neuroadaptive Coaches and CrossFit trainers who are experienced in handling special kids, trained to focus on health and fitness. Holistic Nutrition

Our diet plan is not your plain old calories in and calories out! We have scientifically-backed in-house nutrition plans based on your body conditions. Every one of us is different and needs personalised diet plans. We also provide advise on use of healthy natural supplements, backed by research and knowledge.

Vo2 Max Zone

Make your heart health care easy with our wide range of cardio equipment, including treadmill, rowing machine, stationary cycles, cross trainer, etc. We also have curated exercises designed for your lung capacity improvement. You can always ask our trainers for more information.

HIIT The Floor

Got a busy day and you can't dedicate a full training session? Ask our in-house trainers for a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout regime which can give you the same amount of benefit in just 15-20 minutes. You can do it in normal training sessions as well to burn those calories quicker!

Re-Bounce Rehab

Are you revovering from an injury? We can help you with our in-house physiotherapist curated exercises to help you bounce back. This will be covered in the personal training sessions and you can ask our trainer for the same. Don't let that old muscle niggle discomfort your daily life. 

SculptFit Functional

If you are a CrossFit fan, you will love our SculptFit Functional regime. It is based on the prominent CrossFit regime and have been modified for maximum space utilization and equipment usage as per our gym. Get that all-round combination of strength, movement, flexibility and cardio now!
